I joined core on its 60^th weekend seminar for boys because of utang na loob to Reji (I invited him to join youth seminar in Tagaytay and he says yes so when he invited me to attend this weekend seminar I cannot say no). My weekend is bit of a challenge coz lots of issues first I am too old for the weekend but too young in spirituality (luckily serge and Ian are with the same age so di ako na out). My teen lead are Reji and Maryan and the OA is Gen. (feeling ko pinaghandaan nila ko ng mabuti pano ba naman ang mga talk talagang pamatay di ko malilimutan. Si Nikki A ang bilis ng salita di ko naintindihan halos lahat ng sinabi nya , Si Rej parang pari magbigay ng talk si Maryan napaka sentimental si Melden wow na amaze ako dun sa visual aid nya. Then si Ding DG head ko at si Miyo naman SG head sa house pa ni ate maye). Being with them for 3 nights and 2 days nothing I can do but to enjoy myself and learn from them. On that day yes indeed God call me to his weekend and I believe that Corinthians was sent by Christ to fulfil his written scripture and this is the start of my journey with him in return he sent me to pass on his love to everyone.

Christ the word Witnessing & Dialogue

My first prayer meeting was a struggle I even remember saying to Eunice and Eyek that I don’t even know how to say a prayer. But “Corinthians, like all of us, was a product of its era” it challenges us to encounter our own struggles bravely, with Christ as our guide. And from that Prayer meeting I started to witness how this community commits itself to serve and love the lord and given the challenge on how to pass on his love in many ways. And lastly I meet new friends and a group which is Christ centred.

Seeing the image of God in every man and women

As I always want to share VENIMUS ADORARE EUM GOD IS WITH US we must always remember that the Living God is within us “going beyond” in serving and loving one another is the greatest way on passing on God’s love. Corinthians as a big Family compose of different age and different people share the same belief, which is to know God more and to know what good He can do to us. Corinthians extend its hands to others I remember we participated in Gawad Kalinga 777, ISKRA, Youth Recollection, Annual outreach, Community Immersion all whom I enjoy doing so.

Profound Unity of mystical body, Solidarity with one another and sharing burdens

Mutual understanding and respect virtues I learned in Core yes indeed there is a saying you cannot please everybody but in Core there is no such things maybe this is the mystery of being a Christ centred group I witness a lot of differences in each member you can see which group age and which group friends are but one thing is for sure when it’s time for prayer meeting everyone becomes one. In every family there cannot be a conflict but this conflict is swiftly solve by our Reconciliation which I think is the most effective way because God is in our midst this helps me a lot in solving my differences with others.

Deepening our discipleship towards communion

Before I lit that candle during my weekend I take time to think because it is not just a mere decision of lightning it but a communion an agreement to God. And this communion is the most foundation why I am in core. I serve on my best of my abilities because this is for him. We can serve him of what he are best capable of it maybe in different form and different ways but one this is sure it in core you will learn from its elders let me name some which helps me a lot.

Maryan, Eunice, Kat, Miyo, and Jay Ar – Singing means praying 10 times fold

Noli and Ding – Organizing things

Rej and Adel – being humble

Yan – a shoulder to cry on

Teacher Ren and Archie – elders to give good advises

The U-Clan – a group of core which whom you can learn new way of thinking.

Fairview Celebrates Teachers day

29th May 2009 Fairview International School celebrates teachers day.

IB students make this cool presentation for teachers and they gave awards yea I got one award which I don’t know what I feel about and its….

So no comment…..

Then my students wow how lovely they are they gave me present but I need to mention there names here in my blog..

The present I like most and I think gave me much happiness is the one from Mahyar 7A…. so cute I love it

I gave the name Mahyii

Then the most expensive one which I am very appreciative is from Marie from 7A so nice I am so honored I don't think I deserve it

COOL I like it good smell

Then the sweetest presents are from William MYP9, NEHA 7F, CHENG YUE MYP7, JANET 7A, CELINE TAN 7A, and OLIVIA 7A

The present that I can always remember are from SURYA 7F she gave me picture frame so cute… The cutest that I receive is from AMANDA 8F (touching even if I am no longer her teacher she remember me).

I also receive pen and some cute figurine

and lastly flowers from PRAMODHINI 7F and from the Korean moms.

And the greatest present I receive from today is the smile and greetings of my lovely adorable students saying “TEACHER, HAPPY TEACHER”S DAY”…….

and this is how I celebrate my teacher’s day….

How to accept things you don’t even wanted

Show me that good things come to those who accept things they don’t really wanted but they needed to accept. The test of friendship until when you can prove that you really care. Why we never learn from our past mistakes and experiences?

Until how can I be strong for my friends? until when I can go further in carrying their loads.

But nothing I can do but learn to accept their decision and support them.

To my beloved friend until here I can help, the moment you take your vow to your husband is the start of toeing the line of friendship. I can only look until this far and see you make your own family.

The friend who is always on your side in every step you do MUST step backward as a sign of respect to your chosen man. But one thing I can assure you whenever you think you cant bare anything more steps in your life I would like to remind you that I your true friend is just at your back and willingly have the guts to step forward to make sure you hae someone who is always on your side

To my dearest beloved friend LENNYBETH DE OCAMPO a vow that I can offer. true friendship thru thick and thin for richer and poorer. I am always be here for you praying for your happiness.

Its very blek

This is the very first time I am disappointed in playing VOLLEYBALL the game which I love since I was grade 3 (year 4) I did play to all kinds of court but this one is so disappointing.

REASONS a lot of reasons….

MY FACE is burned and I am ugly I hate the SUN for this (I didnt know its an open court HUHUHU my face got sunburn and its all painful and black and ugly)

The court is darn small not an official length and width and…….. the rest is history

I did spend a thousand of RINGGIT just to buy all new outfit on this game (my very first game in Malaysia) but its all end up with a mess of all negative…. only one thing I am satisfied of and you know what is that I sweat a lot I burned all calories and fats….. and I have exercise huhuhu I will just enjoy the best I can the next time I will play again

CHEF BHAM

for months I didn't cook good food and this week I crave to cook with my cool motto

So this Saturday I did cook meals which I didn't cook for so long and I am so happy everyone of my visitors are fed and satisfied with my specialties.

STEAMED RICE (with secret family way of preparing)

ARELIENONG BANGUS (I cant eat fish but I did prepare for them)

SINIGANG NA GULAY (soup with vegetable)

MELON DRINK (work of hard hands)

and its ready to serve they are all fed with satisfaction :P
